A rumoured Tottenham Hotspur target is now being targetted by a Premier League club in the last few hours.

Southampton make concrete steps to sign Matt O’Riley
Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with a move for Celtic attacking midfielder Matt O’Riley in recent weeks.
Though, over the last few hours, Southampton have made concrete steps to sign O’Riley, according to .

O’Riley can operate in a number of different roles from the base of midfield up to the number 10 role, where he perhaps plays his best football.
The Denmark international netted 19 times whilst laying on 18 assists last term and was named Celtic’s Player of the Season.
If Spurs were to sign O’Riley, he’d provide great depth across a number of areas and could play alongside James Maddison in the half-space.
