22-year-old Tottenham player is going to the gym before and after training sessions to get even fitter
Tottenham Hotspur defender Radu Dragusin is reportedly putting in extra work behind the scenes at Hotspur Way.
Radu Dragusin has had to wait patiently for an opportunity in Ange Postecoglou’s side after making the switch to north London in January.
Spurs snapped up the centre-back for a fee worth , beating Bayern Munich to the former Genoa man’s signature.
Tottenham were in desperate need of defensive reinforcements at the time as both Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven were sidelined.

The duo returned to action just after Dragusin’s arrival, which led to the Romanian managing just three appearances from the bench over the past few weeks.
But after Van de Ven was forced off with an injury at Villa Park on Sunday, Dragusin seized his opportunity and put in a solid performance for 40 minutes.
And claims that the centre-back has been looking after himself off the pitch.
Dragusin putting in extra training at Tottenham
The outlet claims that Dragusin is a ‘perfectionist’ when it comes to his fitness and physical condition.
Dragusin weighs his own food portions, keeps track of his sleep and even goes to the gym before and after training sessions if possible.
It’s noted that the 22-year-old also enjoys playing chess in his spare time.

What footballers do off the pitch plays a huge part in their performances in the modern game.
Dragusin is clearly a model-professional and that could go some way to explaining why he was ready to step up on Sunday.
The Romania international had managed just eight minutes from the bench in three appearances before replacing Van de Ven at Villa Park.
It’s fair the say the Spurs new boy slotted in well next to Romero and it will be a refreshing sight for Tottenham fans to see Van de Ven replaced with a capable option.
