£100m attacker about to hold contract talks with current club after links with Arsenal
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s agents are reportedly set to hold contract talks with Napoli after rumours that Arsenal are interested in the winger.
The Georgian international was one of the breakout stars in Europe last season as Kvaratskhelia played a key role in Napoli’s historic Serie A title win, alongside Victor Osimhen.
Whilst Napoli’s fortunes have fallen off a cliff this season, Kvaratskhelia remains one of the most highly-sought after players on the continent, with Arsenal reportedly interested in the £100m-rated attacker.

Yet , Kvaratskhelia’s agents are now in Saudi Arabia to discuss a new deal with Napoli, with the reigning Italian champions yet to reach an agreement with the forward over fresh terms.
Indeed, Kvaratskhelia could well be on the move regardless of whether the winger signs a new contract with Napoli or not, with the 22-year-old clearly good enough for a move to a bigger club.
However, for the likes of Arsenal, Napoli getting their way with Kvaratskhelia could result in the forward’s asking price increasing even higher, a prospect the Gunners wouldn’t want to face next summer.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia signing new Napoli contract would be bad news for Arsenal

Whilst Arsenal aren’t desperate to sign a new world-class wide-attacker, Kvaratskhelia signing a new contract with Napoli would be bad news for the Gunners.
As we know, the Premier League giants have been strongly linked with a move for Kvaratskhelia over the past few months, with Arsenal clearly big fans of the Georgian international.
And Kvaratskhelia committing his future to Napoli would rule out any potential move for Arsenal, even if the forward was to sign a new deal with a fixed release clause.
